The Future of Historical Restoration

With 107 units of affordable rental housing for older adults, William Byrd Apartments is one of the largest projects of its kind in central Richmond. During the restoration, the team worked with officials to upgrade windows in compliance with strict historical guidelines. The project scope also included improving or replacing all major plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems to meet EarthCraft™  green building standards.
