Apartments at Kingsridge offers affordable housing for families in Henrico, Virginia. Each of the 72 units and the shared clubhouse are designed to prioritize resident’s comfort, health, and safety. As a result, the project meets UFAS requirements for accessibility, and has earned EarthCraft™ Platinum certification for sustainability and performance.
